Ross Monteith, BDS PGDip (Endo)
Ross graduated from University of Glasgow in 2012 and joined the team at Main Street Dental in 2014.
Originally from Kilwinning, he enjoys working in his home town. He completed a diploma in Endodontics from the University of Chester in 2020 and previously worked in private practice limited exclusively to endodontics. Ross is a mentor to newly qualified dentists and enjoys passing on his skills and knowledge to help them improve and grow clinically. He spends most of his spare time with his wife and their three young boys but also enjoys going to the football and cooking
Natalie Monteith, BDS MSc (Endo)
Natalie joined Main Street Dental in April 2024, after working in a practice in Rutherglen for the previous nine years.
She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2014, and completed a Masters in Endodontics (root canal treatment) from the University of Chester in 2022. She recently completed training in facial aesthetics and looks forward to being able to offer this to our patients in Kilwinning. Natalie is kept busy at home with her young family but otherwise enjoys knitting and planning the next family holiday.
Sophie Caldwell, BDS
Sophie joined the team in 2025 after graduating from the University of Glasgow. Being from Kilwinning herself she’s a familiar face to many already and is a great asset to the team. She creates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for her patients with her caring manner.
Rosa Donaldson, BDS (Hons)
Rosa joined Main Street Dental 2024. She has already proven to be very popular with patients and has been caring for them with great skill and professionalism.
Sharon Hindle, Dental Hygienist
Sharon has worked at Main Street Dental since 1992. Since then she has provided our patients with a high standard of care looking after their gum health and providing in depth oral hygiene instruction, ensuring our patients leave their appointment with the knowledge required to care for their teeth and gums appropriately.

Our hygienists, Jennifer and Sharon have been with the Main Street team for a cumulative 70 years. They provide our patients with hygiene appointments which include a thorough clean and instruction on how to keep your teeth and gums as healthy as possible at home.
Their skills and services are truly valued within the practice and many of our patients love getting their teeth cleaned professionally by them.
